365 Ways To Wellbeing – 194th Way

I think this is one the most difficult things there is nowadays. Our life is full of everything. We live a scheduled life full of plans and obligations. We’ve collected ourselves so many tasks that sometimes it feels that there is no such thing as free time, because our free time is actually planned time. When there’s a small moment of nothingness between the previous and the next, we use that for planning what to do in the future. Now that I’m on a holiday I realize this again.

We need time just to be. To do nothing. To think nothing. To plan nothing. To go nowhere. Time just to be there in a present tense with our eyes wide open for life.
