Relaxation is important. After a stressful day, after a workweek or after a busy period in life it`s important to be able to relax. Relaxed moments are an important part of a balanced life and important for a wellbeing.

I am a person who is used to do something all the time. It has been difficult for me just to be. But I have learned to relax because I have noticed how good it does to me. Quality of life – that relaxation means to me.

Time spend with the family without no hurry, good food, beautiful evening or being in the nature makes me relax. And our new hammock. Yes, this summer Ticket to the Moon hammock has been an important place to relax for our family 🙂
