365 Ways To Wellbeing – 147th Way

Laughing does good for wellbeing.  Just smiling is a lot. Small laughter even better. But the best for your wellbeing is laughing out loud.

Everyone can laugh, but you can also learn to laugh. For example with the help of laughter yoga.
