365 Ways To Wellbeing – 12th Way

Oh I know so well that I`m going to hear about this post from my friends…

However the subject is so important for wellbeing that I can`t ignore it. Every couple who have children knows just how long the break in sex life after pregnancy can be. And every woman who has given birth knowa how much the first time stresses. The first time may not be the most pleasurable one but it feels good to get over it. Maybe on second time you can already relax.

Yes, after a long, long time I`m satisfied woman now 😉 And yes, it went well and felt good!

So today my simple advice is; have sex with your husband – it makes the day (for both of you)!
