365 Ways To Wellbeing – 296th Way

Riding a bicycle is great exercise.  It’s sustainable and refreshes your mind effectively. My mornings usually begin with taking Unna to daycare by bike. It really doesn’t matter what’s the weather like, since my husband uses our car anyway to get to work. So in a sunshine and in a rain I bike!

This day I took Unna to day-care by bike like usually. She was sitting in her baby trailer with Liilia, both smiling and laughing, something that doesn’t happen every day 😉 And the weather was so amazing! Crispy autumn morning, clear blue skies, yellow leaves rustling in a wind – a perfect start for the day!
