365 Ways To Wellbeing – 307th Way

Sometimes the only right thing for your wellbeing is to open TV, lie down on your couch and watch something totally meaningless. Reset your brain in other words. I think we all have some TV programs for situations like that. And more often than not they are the kind programs that we are not so keen to advertise to our friends. 🙂

For me it´s “The Real Housewives of …” kind of programs and anything that comes close to it. Last winter I watched The Real Housewives of New York and last autumn The Real Housewives of Orange County. I like them because they are so meaningless but entertaining at the same time. I don´t have to use my brains at all when I´m watching and that´s just great!

This day I was so so tried that the only thing I wanted to do was to reset my brains. Luckily girls were having their afternoon nap at the same time. I was able to lie down on the couch and watch the latest episode of Swedish Hollywood Housewives. One totally meaningless hour recharged my batteries this day!
