Last autumn I instructed my first yoga based stretching and relaxation lessons. It was such a fun experience! People who came to my class were SO nice and I was SO flattered for the positive feedback that I was given.
Now it´s time to start sharing the same stretching and relaxation exercises with you! Exercises that I´ve found helpful.
Just because I think stretching is one of the best ways to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing at the same time!
We´ll start with small of the back. It’s the first part of my body to show symptoms when I have worries in my life.
This stretching exercise is my all time favorite exercise.
After doing it I feel so good! The tension from the small of my back is gone and I can just be my relax me, and not the tense me 😉
